She has been passionate about working with children since she spent her gap year in Swaziland, Southern Africa working in a primary school. In 2013 she set up the Virtues Club in Gibraltar that taught young children aged 4 - 8 about basic human virtues such as kindness, compassion, caring, sharing, patience and tolerance. The children would undertake arts, craft and musical activities and would hear stories highlighting the different virtues. She has since developed this into a group called ARK (Act of Random Kindness) which works with children to develop their compas- sion and care for others by performing random acts of kindness on a weekly basis.
